Planting the seed to better health.™
No one likes the feeling of having any situation forced upon them,
but if you should find yourself forced into self-isolation, there are some incredible positives to be found to keep you smiling and up-beat!
1. DE-CLUTTER YOUR LIFE
Now’s your chance to face those clutter demons you’ve been putting off for lack of time. Clear out those wardrobes (let’s face it - if you haven’t worn it in over a year - chances are you never will!) Tackle that linen cupboard and what about all those paperbacks you’re never going to read again? We’ve all got something that could do with pairing down, you’ll feel amazing when you’ve accomplished your “cleanse” and think of all those donations for those less fortunate - a real sense of achievement!
2. FEED YOUR BRAIN
Although it’s tempting to go on a mammoth Nextflix binge, here’s a fantastic opportunity to expand your mind. What is your passion? What do you really want to know more about? In this digital age - we are so lucky to have the resources at our finger-tips to research pretty much any subject on the planet - now you also have the time. Who knows - you may yet have your crack at “Mastermind” on your own specialist subject!
3. BECOME A CULTURE VULTURE
You may not be able to travel the world or even just get out and about - but did you know that many of the world’s greatest museums and art galleries offer FREE virtual tours? Here’s a link to just some of them 12 Museums From Around the World That You Can Visit Virtually or if you fancy a bit of opera in your life Met to launch “Nightly Met Opera Streams,” a free series of encore Live in HD presentations streamed on the company website during the coronavirus closure.
You’re welcome!
4. DON THOSE OVERALLS
Remember that DIY project you’ve shied away from? Why not take this opportunity to order any supplies you need on-line and crack on with it! Think how “pumped” you’ll feel when you’ve completed your transformation! We’d love to see your Before/After pics - so why not be loud and proud, share them on the Nutriseed Community https://www.facebook.com/groups/223196025002759/ or use the hashtag #nurtiseedididthis
5. IT’S GOOD TO TALK
Remember - you won’t be the only one in isolation - there are people who may be more vulnerable than ourselves, really struggling with the lack of contact, poor mental health etc. Reach out with a phone call and a cheery “Hi - how are you?” Set up a Skype or Zoom call to keep in touch with your favourite group of friends - each pour a glass of whatever floats your boat and have a virtual party - everyone likes a good giggle. Cheers!
The key is to keep occupied, vary your activities and busy yourself with physical as well as mental tasks that will leave you with a real feeling of accomplishment, so your feel-good hormones are kept topped up.
Maintain your nutrient balance and don’t disappear down a comfort/junk food rabbit-hole. If you are having trouble sourcing the fresh foods that you favour - Nutriseed has your back with nutrient packed superfoods to ensure your optimum health.
