DON’T love is dieting 😩 - the very word ‘diet’ is enough to send me off obsessing about all the things I enjoy and have to give up! Once I hit 30 and became a Mum, my weight slowly started to creep up. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve never been excessively overweight, but I have had to battle the odd surplus stone or two - and quite frankly - it’s BORING!
Now, however, I have found a way to (literally)

Two days a week, I have 5 delicious blends of cold pressed fruit and
vegetable goodness - spaced throughout the day and I top up with fruit and
herbal teas, miso soup, plenty of water and even the odd cup of tea. It came as a huge (and pleasant) surprise to me that my fear of feeling constantly hungry was unrealised, the nutrients in the juices cut my cravings and keep me going - without hunger pangs - till bed-time.
