Hey, I’m Kim, a busy wife and Mum to a lively lego-loving lad and I run my own business from home, having shelved my career to spend more time with my family.
I love food! I love to bake (I L❤️VE CAKE!), I love to cook, I love to eat and I love spending time with friends and enjoying the odd G&T, cocktail or glass of fizz. What I
DON’T love is dieting 😩 - the very word ‘diet’ is enough to send me off obsessing about all the things I enjoy and have to give up! Once I hit 30 and became a Mum, my weight slowly started to creep up. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve never been excessively overweight, but I have had to battle the odd surplus stone or two - and quite frankly - it’s BORING!
Now, however, I have found a way to (literally)
have my “cake and eat it”!
