How do I store my shots?
Our shots, like all Nutriseed juices, are flash-frozen immediately after pressing to lock in nutrients at their peak. Even if they thaw slightly during transit, they are perfectly safe to refreeze for up to 3 months. Just pop them straight into your freezer when they arrive.
When you’re ready, move them from freezer to fridge for 24 hours to thaw, then consume within 5 days. (We usually keep 5 in the fridge at a time and restock when we’re down to the last one).
Can I use the shots alongside a Juice Cleanse or the 5:2 Club?
