At 44, Emma has always been pretty sporty and fit and excess weight had never really been a big issue to her.
Being Mum to a boy and girl of 5 and 7 keeps her pretty busy too, but lockdown, homeschooling and the general disruption to routine with the outbreak of COVID19 saw all that change.

At 44, Emma has always been pretty sporty and fit and excess weight had never really been a big issue to her.
Being Mum to a boy and girl of 5 and 7 keeps her pretty busy too, but lockdown, homeschooling and the general disruption to routine with the outbreak of COVID19 saw all that change.
Add into the mix being a fibromyalgia sufferer and a badly sprained ankle, meant she’d been totally unable to exercise for weeks on end, so it’s no wonder that Emma was feeling down, demotivated and saw her weight creeping up. By Feb 2021 she was tipping the scales at over 11 stone, unheard of for her, but even more important than the increase in weight was that she didn’t feel like her normal, healthy self, she just felt “Meh” continuously.
Time for Change!
As a fitness trainer with a passion for dance and a mission to encourage children to become more active through fun, engaging choreography and movement, Emma knew in order to best help them, she needed to first recharge her own batteries and get back to feeling on top.
Life Changing
Emma had a friend who had been raving about her results with the Nutriseed 5:2 Club saying not only was she back to her pre-baby weight - she had more vitality, was sleeping better and her skin had never looked fresher. Emma felt she had nothing to lose and everything to gain.

She still can’t exercise while her ankle is repairing, but her mojo is back, she’s feeling thoroughly energised and can’t wait to get back to sporty activities with the kids, living life to the full with the 5:2 Club!
