Here is what you’ll need:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup baby spinach, packed
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 15g (1 tbsp) Nutriseed Superfood Protein
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp chia seeds decorate (optional)
In a kitchen blender, start by adding the unsweetened
almond milk, then add the banana, nut butter, spinach,
Superfood Protein and vanilla extract.
Now, blend everything until it’s very smooth, decant into a
tall glass and top with the chia seeds if desired.
