Five different juices for each of your days, in one single delivery. The cold-pressed juices are flash-frozen immediately after pressing and will reach you perfectly chilled or partially frozen after transit.  You can safely pop them straight back into your freezer for up to three months without compromising flavour, texture or nutritional integrity.  Transfer to your fridge 24 hours ahead of consumption to thaw.

Once your delivery has arrived, transfer all juices straight into the freezer. The night before (or 12 hours) pop the following day's juices into the fridge for defrosting. If any of them are not fully defrosted, place the juices into a jug of warm water for approximately 10 minutes. Shake gently before drinking, and enjoy.

Drinking lots of water throughout the day, and beginning and ending the day with a glass of warm water with fresh lemon and Manuka honey, would be encouraged and considered fine. Other than this nothing else should be consumed, especially no caffeine. 

As you may guess, whilst cleansing, it is advised to avoid smoking, drinking alcohol and all solid foods. If you wish to work out, its no problem to exercise in moderation but avoid intense, strenuous work outs.

Although Nutriseed Cold Pressed Juices may be freely enjoyed as part of a healthy balanced diet, juice cleanses should not be undertaken when pregnant, where your immune system is compromised or you have an eating disorder.

All of our bodies are different, and there is a possibility that you will experience any of the following:

A varied range of bodily sensations, such as excess energy and exhilaration, to feeling light-headed or fatigued.

A change in bowl movements.

Headaches, hyperglycaemia, constipation, difficulty focusing, acne, increased body odour and bad breath. These have all been noted as being temporary, and affect some people lots and others not at all.

These effects should all be expected as temporary possible outcomes, however should these any other symptoms persist as a result of the cleanse, please consult your Doctor or GP.

Absolutely, as long as they are kept refrigerated, they can be enjoyed anywhere.

We recommend that you gradually reintroduce yourself to solid foods. It is best to begin this with small portions of fruits, vegetables or salads, and then move on to unprocessed foods such as eggs, dairy, whole grains and cereals. It is not recommended to eat heavy meals too soon, but to wait until your body feels ready.

While the Juices are not organic, they are freshly cold-pressed in-house, vegan-friendly, made using locally sourced fruit and vegetables, dairy-free and gluten-free.

We recommend thawing out one day of juices at a time. But if in case you need to refreeze them, yes you can.

No, the juices and smoothies need to be kept frozen (will last up to 30 days) or in the fridge (will last up to 7 days) until you are ready to consume, and once thawed need to be consumed within the next 7 days. 

Not necessarily. Since our juices are shipped frozen there is no rush to drink them. If you do not plan on starting the juice cleanse as soon as you receive your shipment the bottles should be stored in the freezer (will last up to 30 days) or in the fridge (will last up to 5 days). 

Your juices are still perfectly good. If they are partially defrosted bottle then your juice is still at 32-35 degrees and is safe to be consumed. You can stick them back in the freezer if you are not ready to cleanse or you can put them in the refrigerator to start consuming immediately. It is up to you!

Our juices are delivered frozen to maintain the shelf life without destroying its nutrients or flavors. Freezing keeps the quality of the juice intact while in the process of transportation. This allows you to benefit from its wide range of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, essential fatty acids, and enzymes when most convenient for you.

The bottles contain 250 ml of juices and are not bulky. Here is the dimension of the bottle for you estimate if they will fit in your fridge 15.5 cm high with lid, perimeter 18.5 cm, bottle base 5.5 cm.

You can place the order in advance (i.e a week or month's ahead of your preferred delivery date) but we only prepare the juices a day before the delivery date.

The juices are all natural fresh fruits and vegetables and are perishable thus they are being shipped via premium express delivery which is more expensive than the usual express shipping.

Due to the nature of Cold Pressed Juices and the limited time frame in which they may be delivered to ensure peak nutritional integrity - please be advised that we are unable to deliver to the following sectors:

You can change delivery by logging in to your account. If you need to change the delivery address for an existing order, please contact our customer care team immediately so we change before dispatch, ideally 24 hours before your preferred delivery date (by phone) and 2 days (by email). 

Due to the nature of the product we are unable to offer refunds or returns. If there is any need to change details like delivery address, you are required to contact us at least 24 hours before your preferred delivery date. We can no longer change the address once the juices have been dispatched.

We’ve scoured the planet for the best packaging option for our Cold Pressed Juice and honestly - the option of recycled plastic rPET which we, in turn, urge you to recycle, had the lowest possible carbon footprint. Glass didn’t work - the flash-freezing process to lock in the nutrients - caused it to shatter and the only alternative to switching to glass, was to heat pasteurise the juice, losing the nutritional benefits and the power used in the heat process having its own negative impact on the environment!
