How do I use Total Superfoods?
Add approximately 200ml of the liquid of your choice into a blender. We love almond milk, but any milk (coconut, rice, dairy) or even water will do too. Add 10g of Total Superfoods powder (1½ scoops)
Is Total Superfoods Vegan?
Yes, Total Superfoods is Vegan and certified by the Vegan Society.
What does Total Superfoods taste like?
The rich cacao flavours combined with natural nutty undertones and seeds make Total Superfoods genuinely tasty to consume.
What is the shelf life of Total Superfoods
The shelf life of Total Superfoods is 12 months if your pouch is unopened and stored in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight. Don’t worry about keeping track, there is a best before date printed on the pouch.
It’s 6 months if your pouch is open. Just reseal and store in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight and it’ll keep for half a year.
Can I use Total Superfoods while pregnant or breastfeeding?
While Total Superfoods is made from only natural ingredients that everyone can enjoy. We always recommend checking with your doctor first if you are pregnant and/or breastfeeding when making changes to your diet.
Is Total Superfoods suitable for diabetics?
Total Superfoods is suitable for both type 1 and type 2 diabetics.
It has a low glycaemic index. A low GI food provides a more sustained release of glucose into the blood, so will keep you feeling fuller for longer compared with a high GI food that will satisfy hunger only for a short time period.
Can I enjoy Total Superfoods warm?
Total Superfoods can be enjoyed warm too and enjoyed as a healthy hot chocolate and you can even cook fantastic and delicious recipes, like porridge, pancakes & cookies the possibilities really are endless.
