On your fast days, our juices give your digestive system a well-deserved rest. They deliver an easily absorbed, concentrated boost of plant-based goodness, packed with the nutrients from kilograms of fresh produce, but without the high-volume digestive load of solid food.
Here’s the part you’ll love: no food is off-limits! We don't encourage you to go wild, but as long as you eat around your maintenance calories on your five non-fasting days, there is no need to deny yourself a particular food group or a special treat you fancy.
Your maintenance level is the number of calories your body needs to maintain its current weight, neither gaining nor losing. This is typically around 2,000 calories for women and 2,500 for men, though it can vary based on your age, weight, and activity level.
No, the plan is flexible. While the 5:2 programme is our most popular option, you can easily adapt it to a 4:3 plan (four eating days, three juice days) if you want to accelerate your results. The most effective plan is the one you can genuinely commit to.
