What will I receive with my Soup Cleanse?
Five “souper-tasty” varieties for each day in one single delivery. The soups are cooked fresh in small batches, then the rapid cooling and flash-freezing process preserves those fresh flavour combinations at their peak.
The soups will then reach you, partially frozen but still perfectly chilled after transit. You can safely pop them straight back into your freezer for up to three months without compromising taste, texture or nutritional integrity.
How should I store my Soups?
Once your delivery has arrived, transfer all the soups straight into the freezer. The day before your cleanse starts, pop the day's supply into the fridge to defrost. Don’t worry if they are still a little slushy when you transfer to the hob top or microwave to heat through, the heating process will sort that out. Bring just to the point of boiling (don’t overcook - you’ll spoil the delicious taste) and enjoy!
No reheating facilities at work? Don’t worry, heat ahead of leaving home and transfer to a small insulated flask.

A super healthy twist on a classic recipe, combining crunchy carrot and onion with the superfood powers of garlic, cumin and coriander. Deliciously hitting the spot!
- Perfect Pea Soup
Let the distinctive sweetness of baby peas pop on your palate with this lush, light soup - simply delicious for lunch or supper.
- Creamy Parsnip Soup
A super tasty combination to tantalise your tastebuds! Fragrant parsnips, with a hint of onion, leek, garlic and ginger, blended to creamy perfection with almond milk. Yum!
