This Acai Smoothie Bowl is a Dream

With the sun finally showing us that’s its on its way, we want to celebrate with one our all-time fav smoothie bowl recipes. This one has been popular at Nutri Towers, combining Acai with Bee Pollen, spinach other healthy goodies and its been too long to keep that bad boy to ourselves!
Go grab yourself:
- 1 banana (ideally frozen)
- ½ cup coconut water
- 3 dates (pitted)
- 1 pear
- large handful of spinach
- 1 tsp. of Nutriseed Acai Powder
And for the topping:
- Handful of blueberries
- Some coconut flakes
- A sprinkle of Nutriseed Bee pollen
You ready? Here goes…
- Add all smoothie ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth, adding extra coconut milk as needed to get the blender running. Aim for a frozen-yoghurt consistency (Just like the last smoothie bowl).
- Decorate with sprinkles of blueberries, coconut flakes and been pollen.
