Our Fang-Tastic Flapjacks… Good Enough to Sink Your Teeth Into

Behold, our third and final frightful recipe. As we are sure you know, tomorrow is Halloween; so we thought why not give you yet another tasty treat to try.
Introducing our Fang-tastic flapjacks! Packed full of scrumptious nutri-goodies, including porridge oats, chia seeds, goji berries, pumpkin seeds and flaxseed, these crunchy snacks are the perfect way to fuel your terrors during Halloween night!
Here are the ingredients that you are going to need…
-400g Porridge Oats
-2 tbsp. Chia seeds
-2 tbsp. Goji Berries
-2 tbsp. Dried Cranberries
-3 tbsp. Pumpkin seeds
-3 tbsp. Flaxseed
-1 tsp. Cinnamon
-50g Coconut oil
-60g Maple syrup
You ready? Here it goes…
-Pre-heat your oven to 180 °C.
-Melt the coconut oil, maple syrup & butter in a pan and bring to the boil.
-Turn off the heat and add the oats, chia seeds, goji berries, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed and cinnamon and mix well.
-Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and flatten by pushing the mixture down with the back of a spoon.
-Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
