Looking for a quick, easy and healthy breakfast? Look no further, we have the perfect recipe for you!
With these overnight oats, all you need to do is mix the ingredients together, refrigerate overnight and in the morning you are good to go! Containing our deliciously nutritious Porridge Oats and Chia seeds, this is the perfect morning meal to keep you fuelled throughout your day. Rich in vitamins, minerals and protein it’s not surprising that porridge oats are a Nutriseed breakfast favourite!
Here’s the ingredients you are going to need:
-40g Porridge Oats
-2 tbsp. Chia seeds
- 50g raspberries
- 250ml milk (we prefer almond milk)
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-2 tsp. maple syrup
You ready? Here it goes…
-Mash the banana in a bowl/jar, then stir in the vanilla extract, milk and maple syrup.
-Add the rest of the ingredients (minus the raspberries) and mix together well.
-Place in the refrigerator and leave overnight.
-In the morning, stir in your raspberries and enjoy!
