Chocolate Superfood Chia Pudding Recipe
This super indulgent chocolate pudding recipe offers a rich and tasty healthy treat the whole family can enjoy.
At less than 200 calories per portion, you can serve up this vegan friendly, deliciously decadent dessert without tarnishing your halo.
Dressed up with beautifully colourful berries and finished with a sprig of mint, it can even pass to sweeten up the most sophisticated dinner party menu too!
Here’s what you will need:
Ingredients to serve 4:
- 60g chia seeds
- 400ml unsweetened almond milk or hazelnut milk
- 2 tbsp Nutriseed Total Superfoods
- 1 tbsp Cacao powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Cacao nibs, mixed
- Frozen berries to serve
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl with a generous pinch of sea salt and whisk to combine. Cover with cling film then leave to thicken in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Spoon the pudding into four glasses, then top with the frozen berries and cacao nibs.
