Decadent Tiramisu Smoothie Recipe
Tiramisu has definitely earned its place on our list of all time favourite desserts here in the UK, but the calories can often be off the scale!
Here’s a way you can enjoy losing yourself in the exquisite yumminess of its rich indulgent charms, without wrecking your best intentions.
All of the flavour without the guilt and so simple to put together you really can’t afford not to give this recipe a go.
You could even serve up this rich creamy smoothie at dinner parties as an end of meal treat and no one would realise you were being mindful of your waistline (or theirs). Just pop it into cute dessert glasses and cut down eco friendly straws - it will definitely get the conversation flowing.
Here’s what you will need:
Ingredients per serving:
- 1 cup (8 fl oz) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 level tbsp (10g) Nutriseed Total Superfoods
- 1 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Nutriseed Raw Cacao (or cocoa powder)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp instant coffee
- ½ frozen banana
- 5 ice cubes
- Nutriseed Cacao Nibs or Coconut Flakes to garnish
Combine in the blender until smooth, decant into dessert glasses, garnish with a sprinkle of cacao nibs or desiccated coconut and serve.
