Rich Salted Caramel Smoothie Recipe
Salted Caramel - the very thought of it can set your taste buds tingling!
Who says you need loads of different ingredients to make a fabulously lush smoothie? This taste sensation is super simple and contains just 4 ingredients to add to your nut milk, so it is quick to make on those busy mornings!
Creamy almond butter makes the base for this blend, and a pinch of Himalayan salt and the rich sweetness of dates gives the characteristic “salty-sweet” confusion which is the trademark of the iconic salted caramel flavour.
If calories aren’t a consideration, you could always finish off with a dribbble of caramel sauce to add some extra “je ne sais quoi”.
Here is what you will need:
- 4 pcs. Nutriseed Pitted Dates
- A pinch of Nutriseed Himalayan Rock Salt
- 1 generous tablespoon almond Butter
- 200ml almond milk
- 1 level tbs (10g) Nutriseed Total Superfoods
Starting with the almond milk, pop all the ingredients into the blender and whizz until smooth.
Add a drizzle of caramel sauce to top it off (optional)
