This Breakfast Smoothie Recipe Will Make Your Day
This smoothie recipe will get you through the day and leave you feeling energised as you head out the door in the morning.
Here is what you’ll need:
- 1 tbsp Nutriseed Total Superfoods
- 1/2 tbsp of Porridge Oats
- A small handful of blueberries
- 1tbsp of Almond Butter
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 cup of water
Directions:
- Put half of the ice and water in the blender and pulse until the ice is broken down
- Add in all the ingredients
- Add the remainder of the ingredients in the blender until smooth
- Pour into a glass container and enjoy!
Shave off prep time in the morning by making a large batch of this smoothie in the evening and storing it in the fridge for consumption the following day. If you use a glass container with an air-tight lid, you can keep this smoothie fresh and ready to drink for up to three days.
