Berry Porridge makes up a warming blend of Oats, Dried Cranberries, Dried White Mulberries, Ground Flax Seed, Acai Berries and Himalayan Rock Salt.

 How to Enjoy Berry Porridge

  • Combine approximately 5 heaped tablespoons of Berry Porridge to 150-200ml of your choice of milk into a saucepan. Our favourite is almond, but coconut or even regular milk also works perfectly too.
  • Begin to heat up, adding a pinch of salt if desired, and continue to mix and stir, adding in additional milk depending on the chosen consistency of your porridge.
  • After around 5 mins, and when your porridge is hot and feels and tastes good to you, serve and garnish with your favourite dried fruit, nuts or seeds.

Preparing Nutriseed Berry Porridge couldn’t be simpler:

  • Combine approximately 5 heaped tablespoons of Berry Porridge to 150-200ml of your choice of milk into a saucepan. Our favourite is almond, but coconut or even regular milk also works perfectly too.

Alternatively, if you are in a rush, which lets face it – happens to all of us, put the above mixture into a microwavable bowl and heat for around 2-3mins, checking its consistency as you go.
