10 Weeks In and 2 Stone Down!
Her first goal was to simply make it through the first week. She was amazed how much better she felt - something just clicked inside and she knew she was onto something good. Next goal was to lose 10% of her body weight.
Her whole body was changing, she felt so much lighter - not
just physically but mentally too. She felt more energised and physically able and began really enjoying long daily walks with her pup - Ralph.
Non-fasting week days start with a Total Superfoods berry smoothie or the Nutriseed Berry Porridge followed by a healthy lunch and dinner. Weekends, however, are family time so bacon sandwiches, roast dinners and takeaways are still on the menu.
Nicola still has a way to go but this lifestyle is something she knows she can follow for life - it’s given her the conviction that her ultimate goal is no longer just a pipe-dream. She’s happy, Ralph the dog is definitely happy and her family has noticed the huge changes in Mum - fantastic results all round!
