Deliciously Chewy No Bake Energy Bites Recipe
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
1 cup Nutriseed Whole Grain Porridge Oats
¼ cup Nutriseed Almond Butter
¼ cup honey
¼ cup raisin
¼ cup chopped Nutriseed Walnuts
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla
salt, to taste (optional)
- Mix the Nutriseed Whole Grain Porridge Oats, Nutriseed Almond Butter and honey in a large bowl.
- Add raisins, Nutriseed Walnuts, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Mix.
- Place bowl in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, or until the mixture has solidified.
- Mold mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Serve immediately.
If you’re pressed for time during the day, you can do steps 1 through 3 at night and finish off before heading out the door in the morning. Because they are packed with energy-giving nutrients, these are perfect for snacks in the office or at the gym.
