The Detox Smoothie You Really Need
With a new year comes new resolutions and new goals.
The following recipe is ideal for just that, containing the Nutriseed Green Blend, which constitutes your 5-a-day in just one serving.
- 1 ripe banana, cut up and frozen
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 2 teaspoons ginger, peeled and finely grated
- 1 tsp. Nutriseed Green Blend
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp. of Nutriseed Organic Chia Seeds
- Pinch of Nutriseed Ground Cinnamon
- ½ to 1 tablespoon raw honey (depending on taste)
- Combine all ingredients into your blender and blend away until smooth.
