S’mores minus the bonfire? We’ve got you covered…

Bonfire night is over which means one thing… no more s’mores, right? Wrong! We’ve got the perfect way to curb your chocolate & marshmallow cravings from the comfort of your own home. This s’mores dip is a perfect treat which combines the superfood nutrition of our Cocoa powder and Flaxseed with rich creamy sweet flavours. Bonfires optional, but definitely not needed!
Here are the ingredients that you are going to need…
-2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
-2 tbsp. Flaxseed
-2 graham crackers
-25g dark chocolate chips
- 4 tbsp. milk (almond, hazelnut or dairy work fine)
-Handful marshmallows (you can get vegan marshmallows HERE!)
-2 apples, sliced or more graham crackers to dip.
You ready? Here it goes…
-Preheat the oven to 180°C.
-In a large pan over medium heat melt the chocolate chips.
-Then add the almond milk and cocoa powder, and stir until all combined.
-In a bowl, crush the graham crackers and stir in the flaxseed, then place them into a baking dish/ iron skillet.
-Pour the chocolate mixture over the graham crackers and then place the marshmallows on top.
-Bake in the oven for 5 minutes then allow to cool for a further 5 minutes.
-Dip your apple into the s’mores dip and enjoy!
