Including the Nutriseed Green Blend, and alkalizing ingredients including a fresh lemon, along with extra fibre and nutrients from an avocado, this is one recipe that will fuel you to success.
Ingredients
- 1 lemon, quartered (washed and unpeeled)
- 1 whole avocado, peeled and pitted
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 tsp. Nutriseed Green Blend
- 10g Nutriseed Organic Spinach Powder
- ½ bunch parsley
- ½ bunch coriander
- 1 cucumber (washed and unpeeled)
- 1 teaspoon organic extra-virgin olive oil
- Pinch of Nutriseed Himalayan Rock Salt
- Water as needed
- Nutriseed Organic Chia Seeds (to top off)
Directions
- Beginning with approximately 100ml of water, combine all ingredients into the blender, and blend for around 1 minute.
- Add water as until you reach the desired consistency.
- Top with a sprinkle of Nutriseed Organic Chia Seeds.
