The Ultimate Green Breakfast Smoothie
Here is one green smoothie recipe that is not to be missed!

 

Start your day with these earth-grown nutrients and you’ll be set to perform at your best, and closer to achieving your goals, whatever they may be.

Including the Nutriseed Green Blend, and alkalizing ingredients including a fresh lemon, along with extra fibre and nutrients from an avocado, this is one recipe that will fuel you to success. 

Ingredients

Directions

  • Beginning with approximately 100ml of water, combine all ingredients into the blender, and blend for around 1 minute.
  • Add water as until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Top with a sprinkle of Nutriseed Organic Chia Seeds.

    Hi Shellie, the ingredients look fine to me. Maybe you didn’t spot the whole ‘fresh’ cucumber & celery sticks? They contain over 90% water! Plus added water (filtered ideally) is the least expensive ingredient: We would be happy to recommend this recipe to our patients at our clinic. Organic Chia seeds are a perfect choice for vegetarian sourced Omega-3, plus Chia contains a good amount of vitamins, minerals, complete protein and soluble fibre. Assuming the Chia seeds are raw, then they will contain active enzymes.

    Why so many dry ingredients? Fresh is always better than dry, plus less water would need to be added!
