Including the Nutriseed Green Blend, and alkalizing ingredients including a fresh lemon, along with extra fibre and nutrients from an avocado, this is one recipe that will fuel you to success. 

Ingredients

• 1 lemon, quartered (washed and unpeeled)
• 1 whole avocado, peeled and pitted
• 2 stalks celery
• 1 tsp. Nutriseed Green Blend
• 10g Nutriseed Organic Spinach Powder
• ½ bunch parsley
• ½ bunch coriander
• 1 cucumber (washed and unpeeled)
• 1 teaspoon organic extra-virgin olive oil
• Pinch of Nutriseed Himalayan Rock Salt
• Water as needed
• Nutriseed Organic Chia Seeds (to top off)

Directions

• Beginning with approximately 100ml of water, combine all ingredients into the blender, and blend for around 1 minute.
• Add water as until you reach the desired consistency.
• Top with a sprinkle of Nutriseed Organic Chia Seeds.
