You didn’t think we would leave you with just one pumpkin recipe to try, did you? Come on guys, it’s spooky season and Halloween is just around the corner after all. Now is the time to try our tasty, vegan chia pudding… Made with our nutritious chia seeds and pumpkin seeds, this dish makes the perfect desert to serve to your own little monsters this Halloween!

Here are the ingredients you are going to need…
-2 tbsp. Chia Seeds
-1 tbsp. Pumpkin Seeds
-2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
-½ tsp. vanilla extract
-½ tsp. cinnamon
-pinch of nutmeg
-200ml almond milk
-1 tbsp. maple syrup
You ready? Here goes…
-Whisk together the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, almond milk and maple syrup until it becomes light and fluffy.
-Slowly add the chia seed and whisk it in.
-Pour the chia pudding into bowls and refrigerate for 2 hours.
-Remove from refrigerator, top with your pumpkin seeds and dig in!

Our Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl
It’s finally Autumn and Halloween is approaching, which means it’s now acceptable to eat pumpkin for breakfast, lunch and dinner, right? And we’ve got the perfect pumpkin dish to keep you fuelled throughout the spooky season. Our pumpkin pie smoothie bowl is packed full of the freshest, all-natural ingredients, including our very own chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries.
Go on, don't be afraid, give it a try…

Here are the ingredients you are going to need…
-1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
-1 tbsp. Pumpkin Seeds
-1 tbsp. Dried Cranberries
-½ tsp. cinnamon
-½ tsp. ground nutmeg
-4 tbsp. pumpkin puree
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-Handful walnuts
-Handful blueberries
-1 banana
-250ml milk (use almond milk for a vegan alternative!)
You ready? Here it goes…
-Combine the banana, cinnamon, pumpkin puree, nutmeg, milk and vanilla extract in your blender until smooth.
-Pour into a bowl and top with chia, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, walnuts and blueberries.
-Tuck in and enjoy!

Ahh National Chocolate Week… the only acceptable excuse to indulge in as much chocolate as you physically can. Well except for Christmas. And now we mention it, Halloween too. Wait you can’t forget Valentine’s Day… Okay maybe we don’t need an excuse but either way, this creamy and delicious vegan mousse is made with only the best all-natural healthy ingredients, just the way we like it.
You ready? Go rustle up:
- 5 tbsp. Organic Cocoa Powder
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 small avocado
- 2 tbsp. hazelnut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup

And then simply:
- Add all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate for an hour then enjoy!

Howdy! To give you a solid Nutri-Kick to start the week, we’ve been busy in the Nutriseed Kitchen and have put together this scrumptious smoothie bowl recipe. Now we know you’re going to love this one – packed to the brim with our very own goji berries, chia seeds and cocoa powder, along with fresh fruit and nuts, look no further for one kick-ass brekkie.
It’s pretty simple too…
Here are the ingredients that you are going to need…
-1 tbsp. cocoa powder
-1 tbsp. chia seeds
-2 tbsp. goji berries
-1 cup hazelnuts (plus extra for toppings)
-200ml coconut milk
-1 sliced banana
-handful coconut flakes
-1 tsp. sesame Seed
-2 squares dark chocolate
-Handful of ice
-1 cup blueberries

And here’s how you do it…
-Add half the hazelnuts in to your food processor with 1 tbsp. coconut milk, and blend until smooth.
-Add the rest of the coconut milk, ice, cocoa powder, chia seeds, blueberries, and half of the banana into the blender and blend until all the ingredients are combined.
-Pour the mixture into a bowl, grate the dark chocolate, sprinkle the sesame seeds & chia seed, add the other half of the banana, the goji berries, the coconut flakes and a few more hazelnuts on top of the smoothie bowl.
-Grab a spoon and dig in!
