The Protein Shake Recipe You’ve Been Waiting For
This recipe is a body balancer, providing you with enough protein and energy to fuel and recover from your workouts, and vitamins and antioxidants to fuel your mind. Guess what, it tastes as good as it is for you.
- 1 cup almond milk (coconut or rice milks also work great)
- 1 tbsp. Superfood Nut Butter
- 1 medium banana (ideally frozen)
- ¼ tsp. Nutriseed Ground Cinnamon
- A pinch of Nutriseed Stevia Powder to sweeten (honey or maple also work)
- 1/2 tbsp. Nutriseed Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp. Nutriseed Total Greens
- 1 tsp. crushed Nutriseed Cashew Nuts to top it
Add all of the ingredients into your blender and blend on high until desired consistency is reached.
